Return Policy Due to the nature of our business, Archangel does not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Any exception to this policy is determined on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Should you feel you have a good reason for returning any item please send an explanation to sales@archangel.la and include the date and location of your purchase, your phone number and e-mail contact information. We will review the information provided and do our best to bring the situation to an agreement. Shipping Information Archangel shipments are sent using FedEx and are insured for the full retail value of the items in the order. All orders will be charged actual carrier rates for insured shipping to the customer. Warranty Policy At our discretion, Archangel will repair or replace, any product found to be defective due to manufacturing. Any repairs needed and not deemed by Archangel to be a defect in manufacturing will be done at a nominal fee to the purchaser. The fee is based on the cost of materials plus labor involved in the repair. In either case, shipping and insurance to our offices must be paid for by the purchaser, return postage will be covered by Archangel. Prior to any work being done we will send you an estimate via email and await your approval of our estimate.
